The foregoing limitations shall apply even if our warranty fails of its essential purpose. Some states of the United States of America do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages.
Our warranty does not apply to any pre-release, beta-test software, any software made available for testing or demonstration purposes (including trial or evaluation), any temporary software modules or any software for which Di does has not received a license fee. All such software products are provided AS IS without any warranty whatsoever.
Fitness for Purpose
Di assumes no responsibility for Fitness for Purpose of its Website or software. The user agrees that it is their own responsibility to test and ascertain fitness for purpose of this Website and/or any software it describes or embodies. A free trial of the software may be made available for testing and in purchasing software licenses from Di you agree that you have carefully evaluated the software and that it is wholly suitable for the purpose you intend.
Security Disclaimer
Slidebank may sometimes apply encryption techniques to help protect the content of presentations. Users with particularly stringent security requirements should satisfy themselves that Slidebank offers adequate protection or purchase a specialist encryption solution.
It is a condition of using the Slidebank licensed software that users hold Digital Image Ltd. harmless from any issues concerning loss or corruption of data, howsoever caused.
Termination
Your agreement to these terms is effective until terminated. You may terminate your agreement at any time by destroying all copies of our software including any documentation and leaving this Website. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Di if you fail to comply with any provision of this Legal Disclaimer or any provision of the use of this Website or DI's software products. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.
Law of England and Wales
This Contract is governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Use of this Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to this clause
